Design combined with lessons from behavioral science provides many useful tools to help us guide strategic decision making in the uncertain throes of innovative projects. We'll discuss how several methods - from ethnography for identifying underserved needs to emotional design, motivation and behavior change - have helped leaders and key decision makers figure out the best way forward in the midst of the messy reality of innovative work.
